  • Receptionist job may require you to manage incoming and outgoing phone calls in the Concierge by using the feature to record calls for later playback.

  • Coordinate with Security Personnel to identify and screen Guests.
  • Parcel receiving and conduct customer feedback surveys.
  • Conduct a campaign to cascade circulars to residents.
  • Assisting in PMO review activities.
  • Monitor and log usage of amenities by individuals and groups.
