Warehouse operative job; A person who works in a warehouse and is responsible for various tasks such as receiving, storing, and distributing goods. Some of the duties of a warehouse operative may include:

Job Description Of Warehouse Operative

The company is seeking warehouse operatives with a strong work ethic and the drive to succeed. The right candidate will first be introduced to their order-assembly department, where they will learn basic workplace skills. After three months of probation, the qualified candidate will be promoted to an assistant service team, where they will continue to develop their skill set. An individual and collective performance related bonus scheme is also offered as an incentive for continued excellence in both classes.

Prerequisites

• Working effectively and independently as well as in a group.
• The ability to learn how to operate Mechanical Handling Equipment.
• Working with a fluid and flexible approach.
• A reasonable flexibility in terms of shift availability is required.
• A can-do, right-first-time and passionate approach to your work.
